Role Description

The Facilities Associate will support day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Responsibilities include maintenance and repair, observing workplace safety standards, responding promptly to facility-related concerns, and collaborating with teams to provide exceptional customer service. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
  • Facility Management and Facilities Operations experience, including knowledge of processes and systems to maintain workspace functionality and safety
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to address technical issues swiftly and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and an understanding of workplace safety standards and protocols
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using facility management software or tools is an advantage
  • Prior experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in facility management or maintenance are a plus
