Overview

Our client, a leading hospitality company based in Santa Monica, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the administrative needs of the marketing department, with opportunity to coordinate creative projects. We are looking for a proactive, organized individual with a strong attention to detail and a desire to learn. Hybrid work from home and in-office position as required, will include offsite events and other remote activities.

Responsibilities
  • Schedules and facilitates meetings in alignment with project milestone calendars
  • Regularly monitors project progress, generates reports, and communicates updates to relevant internal stakeholders pro-actively identifying project roadblocks
  • Coordinates project stakeholder communication, to ensure concise timely feedback on all projects
  • Updates content on the website, including photography and copy
  • Manages the asset management platform, coordinating usage rights for photo and video assets.
  • Coordinates organizational collateral production and distribution.
  • Coordinates and submits billing for all marketing projects
  • Creates department and organizational decks
  • Organizes & maintains department files & assets, including marketing SOPs
  • Assists with additional administrative tasks to support both marketing and C-suite, as requested by the leadership team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred and at least 2 years of professional work experience
  • Experience in an advertising agency account team is a big plus
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Mac applications and office computer software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong customer service and business etiquette skills
  • Reliable, responsible, honest and trustworthy
  • Ability to take ownership of projects
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • CRM experience a plus
