Clerical, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented temp to support three distinct departments:
Central Receiving, Property Office, and Surplus. In this role, you will help maintain accurate records, assist with inventory tracking, and coordinate equipment tagging and disposal processes. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for inquiries while working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
If you have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with data/property management or accounting systems, we encourage you to apply and join our team.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School graduation and two years office/administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
An unrestricted Alaska driver’s license and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving criteria is required.
Position DetailsThis is a full‑time, non‑exempt temporary position. New hires will be placed on UA Temporary Salary Schedule, Grade 76, based on education and experience.
