Remote Quality Analyst, a full-time temporary position, is responsible for managing case dockets, responding to creditor inquiries, and assisting in quality analytics for the Class Action legal department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage case dockets and update court websites with filed documents
- Respond to creditor inquiries via phone and email regarding case status and claims
- Assist with mailings, compile service lists, and prepare affidavits of service
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software and applications
- One to two years of related office experience or relevant training is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
