Position: Seasonal Voting Information Project Administrator - FT - Remote
[Administrative Assistant / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $25-hr - As a Seasonal Voting Information Project Administrator, you will:
Oversee the planning and execution of all aspects of the Voting Information Project, including managing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with partners and stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of voting information data;
Develop and maintain relationships with state and local election officials, technology partners, and other key stakeholders to support and expand the reach of the project;
Train and manage a team of seasonal staff to collect and verify voting information data;
Conduct quality control checks on all data collected and troubleshoot any issues that arise;
Analyze project data and provide regular reports to the team and stakeholders;
Collaborate with the Democracy Works team to continuously improve and innovate the Voting Information Project;
