Key Objectives- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Ensure data integrity through thorough verification and validation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related needs and reporting.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries promptly.
- Input data from various sources into internal databases with speed and accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support data tracking and retrieval.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
- Follow company policies and data protection guidelines to ensure confidentiality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to data entry processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
