Open Position:Settlement Coordinator
Candidates must have strong time management and communication skills. Must be efficient, organized, have exceptional attention to detail, and be able to work hard in a fast-paced work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is crucial. College degree and a legal background are helpful, but not necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities- Preparing and emailing documents;
- Reviewing documentation such as settlement agreements for appropriate execution;
- Coordinating documents flow between the firm and clients;
- Directly communicating with clients on a daily basis via phone and email;
- Maintaining electronic files;
- Assisting with clerical tasks and special projects as needed.
- Fluent English is a must;
- Ability to work independently;
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary;
- Proficient Microsoft Word;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Full-time - Working days:
Monday-Friday - Working Hours:
6pm-2am / 5pm-1am. 40 hours/week
- A laptop or desktop (preferably not Mac due to technical difficulties)
- Access to internet
- Free time from 5 PM to 2 AM.
