Compensation is up to $50/hr responsibilities:
General administrative duties: heavy calendaring, travel management, expenses, confidential document preparation Meeting planning, prep, logistics, and oversight Manage sensitive info with discretion Develop understanding of team goals and align tasks accordingly Balance multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency Anticipate issues and address needs proactively Build trust-based relationships across teams Serve as sole EA for the business unit, acting as the main administrative point of contact
Qualifications:
