Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk who thrives in a structured and accuracy-driven environment. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities- Accurately enter contract and billing information into Word and Excel templates.
- Review source documents to confirm billing terms, rates, and effective dates prior to data entry.
- Verify entered data against original documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized electronic files and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support compliance tracking by ensuring all records are up to date, complete, and easily accessible.
- Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information for resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
- Proficiency in compliance, banking, data entry, quality assurance, invoicing, audit, regulatory compliance, contract review, and clerical tasks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in data entry, compliance, or billing support.
- Experience in data entry, billing, administration, or customer service.
- Good organizational skills.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in a cubicle setting. There is potential for a hybrid schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Equipment will be provided.
Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Lexington, KY.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 – $18.00/hr.
