Location: New York
Office Manager in New York
As the Office Manager in New York, you will oversee office management, people experience and onboarding, team events and culture, financial and administrative operations, and executive assistant support to the CEO.
Responsibilities- Office Management
—Be the go‑to person for office‑related matters in NY: space, supplies, snacks, maintenance, etc. Manage vendor relationships, payments, invoices, and reconcile receipts. Monitor budgets and expenses. - People Experience & Onboarding
—Welcome new teammates, prepare welcome kits, badges, computers. Coordinate onboarding with HR, organize first‑day meals. Handle offboarding logistics. Own monthly payroll for US team: review timesheets, bonuses. Manage employee benefits administration. - Team Events & Culture
—Plan and execute local team events and company‑wide events, including travel logistics. - Financial & Administrative Operations
—Prepare monthly financial reports, manage cash optimization strategies, collaborate with external accountant on tax filings, payroll declarations. Maintain banking relationships and support bookkeeping for audit. - Executive Assistant Support to the CEO
—Coordinate travel, events, and travel arrangements. Manage delegated administrative and financial tasks. Keep CEO focused on strategic priorities, maintain calendar. Act as main contact for external accountants, legal advisors. Support investment activity and documentation.

- Based in New York City or with significant professional experience in NY.
- Fluent in French and English.
- 3+ years of experience as an office manager, admin, or executive assistant—ideally in a startup or fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptable and flexible to manage change.
- Strong interpersonal skills; warm, trustworthy, and positive.
- Tech‑savvy, comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
