Position Overview

The Remote Operations Support Specialist will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business processes across the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to management and team members.
Manage email correspondence and maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
Assist with project coordination and task tracking.
Support customer and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of company records.
Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with remote team members to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in administration, operations support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.

Preferred Skills

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Click Up, or
Familiarity with CRM software and virtual collaboration platforms.
Previous experience working in a remote environment.
