Requirements
This is a remote position paying $16.00 an hour.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant completes general administrative tasks related to the Relationship Management and Marketing departments.

U's CRM and the Relationship Management team CRM (Hub Spot) to update files when speaking to clients or partners.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Minimum of one year of administrative experience, including phone experience. Customer service experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Adobe and web-based database systems; CRM experience preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to follow accurate directions.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, auto registration, state minimum auto insurance coverage of $10,000 property damage liability/$10,000 personal injury liability.
Travel: No travel required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Environment: Office setting.
