Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that will require the candidate to work from their own home office.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events

- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct research and gather information as needed

- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports

- Assist with document and file management

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality

- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
