Proposal Specialist

Mackenzie is seeking a detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and personable proposal specialist and marketing coordinator. Tasks will include coordination and production of competitive architecture/engineering proposals; graphic layout; copy editing and proofreading; and data organization.

• 3-10 years in career, experience responding to formal RFPs
• Skilled interpersonal communicators
• Self‑motivated and highly organized
• Highly proficient in In Design
• Comfortable with a fast‑paced workplace and multiple deadlines
• Easy to get along with and eager to learn
• Interested in or has a background in the AE industry

Salary Range: $66,675 to $81,900

Hybrid office schedule; staff work in‑office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with an option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
