Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Management
- Monitor and manage incoming/outgoing emails, prioritising and responding promptly
- Draft and send professional emails to clients, partners, and internal teams
- Organise email folders/labels in Google Workspace for efficient retrieval
- Implement email filtering and automation rules
Google Workspace Organisation
- Maintain and organise files/folders in Google Drive
- Manage shared calendars and documents
- Use Docs, Sheets, and Slides for document creation and collaboration
Internal Communication
- Facilitate communication between in-house teams via email and online tools
- Ensure clear and consistent communication of updates
- Relay external email information to relevant internal teams
Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
- Proven experience in email management and administrative support
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
