Remote Utilization Management Assistant

We’re looking for an organized and dependable Utilization Management Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing, helping clinical and insurance teams manage medical necessity reviews.

This role is perfect for someone who wants exposure to the clinical-review side of healthcare without needing a clinical license. You’ll support the UM team by preparing case files, gathering documentation, and assisting with review coordination across payer systems.

• Prepare UM case files and documentation packets
• Check requests for completeness
• Upload clinical notes into payer platforms
• Track review progress and update internal logs
