Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) you provide administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring seamless client service and facilitating communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
  • Assist with account opening, transfers, and other transactions, maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the annual business planning process and develop marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update SOPs and streamline branch operations.
  • Utilize technology tools such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software.
  • Collect and act on client insights to identify additional service opportunities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and collaboration with the team.
Requirements
  • Strong client‑service orientation and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
  • Experience or aptitude for financial services is preferred.
