Position: Executive Assistant to CEO | Remote & Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and calls with partners, clients, and team members.

• Field and prioritize emails and phone calls, ensuring important matters are addressed promptly.

• Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and reports.

• Organize and maintain files, documents, and project timelines.

• Help manage various software tools and platforms, including CRM systems and project management tools.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.

• Assist with creating training materials and managing internal communications.

• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the CEO and the company’s leadership team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.

• Expertise in using software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).

• Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs.

• Ability to work both remotely and onsite as needed.

• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
