Role Overview
Back office administration for first‑aid training courses at the Dutch Red Cross (volunteer).
Key Responsibilities- Provide information about training offers.
- Schedule courses together with the Training Coordinator and teachers.
- Maintain contact with interested parties and students.
- Ensure clear processing of administration and availability of materials.
- Support a small, fun team of volunteers with the Training Coordinator.
- Good communication skills.
- Organizational talent and pleasure in administrative work.
- Experience with administrative work or activity organization (preferably).
- Willingness to commit to the organization for the long term.
- Flexibility for at least 6 hours a week (in addition to the 4‑8 hours overall).
- Challenging volunteer position with meaningful impact.
- Collaboration with highly motivated colleagues.
- Access to modern training material.
- Reimbursement of travel and expenses.
- Office based in Bussum; partial remote work possible.
4–8 hours per week.
Special ConditionsGuidance and training by the First Aid Coordinator.
