Responsibilities
- Record banking movements and manage accounting processes
- Track collections and notify clients of payments due
- Handle tenant requests and provide customer service
- Coordinate maintenance issues for properties
- Prepare payment orders and rental contracts for tenants
- Provide general operational support to the business
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles
- Experience coordinating small teams
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving orientation and resilience
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Experience with the Rent-to-Rent business model
- Previous experience in property management or tenant handling
- 100% remote work modality
- Part-time schedule (5 hours per day)
- Monthly salary of 400 €
- Flexible working hours
- High level of autonomy and trust in management
