Client Service Representative
Location:
St. Cloud, MN (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 remote day). Remote work accepted. Salary: $22,000–$25,000 base plus performance bonus.
This role supports Registered Representatives by handling day‑to‑day investment practice operations, enhancing client service levels, and ensuring compliance with FINRA guidelines.
Responsibilities- Serve as liaison between registered representatives and their clients while following FINRA guidelines.
- Prepare and complete client paperwork, follow‑up tasks, and support documentation.
- Communicate with clients via phone, virtual visits, and in person to maintain service level.
- Maintain organized filing system and compliance records; use e‑signatures where possible.
- Utilize tools such as Annuity Search, DP Maintenance, and Items for Attention to support book‑of‑business activities.
- Log compliance and client notes in Advice Works/Smart Works and Redtail according to Cetera standards.
- Process client distributions (qualified and non‑qualified) and handle mail/faxes.
- Provide backup and support to other assistants as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a client‑service focus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn additional technology.
- Knowledge of FINRA guidelines is a plus.
