Ameristar is seeking highly-skilled and motivated administrative professionals to provide direct service and support to our Order Fulfillment and Vendor Management Teams. Candidates should be able to express themselves to clients, vendors and co-workers in verbal and written form with equal competency and professionalism. Qualified individuals will be given the opportunity to work within one of our fast-growing divisions focusing on coordinating and monitoring communications, tracking orders through our internal systems and reviewing and providing technical support for our products and services.

Ameristar further expects the following duties and qualifications:
- Conduct research, including legal research, efficiently and accurately
- Perform work that requires knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Strong PC skills to include Internet, Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Organize routine workflow and sets priorities
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
- Write, edit and distribute e-mails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Edit all completed work for spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Photocopy and print out documents for clients, managers and co-workers
- Maintain databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Take notes at meetings with managers and others to create detailed emails and texts
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Prepare and proofread reports, industry documents and relevant corporate documents, including data analysis
- Create spreadsheets and presentations, combining various data from existing files
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material; maintain everything in accordance with security policies
- Support managers and co-workers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
- Ability to type 50 wpm+, preferred
- Other duties as assigned

Applicants should possess advanced computer skills for spreadsheets, word processing, database management and other applications. A proficiency in Microsoft OS and Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel, in particular), along with at least two years of office experience, is strongly preferred.
