SummaryAssist with all client documentation, including but not limited to travel documents, invoices, and payment processing. Ensure the efficient operation of the office by providing key administrative support to the vacation travel team.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
A day in the life of a Vacation Travel Support Specialist at Fox may include:- Assisting with client documents by organizing, compiling, and emailing all necessary documentation for each traveler.
- Assisting with invoicing appropriate parties; researching any discrepancies in funds sent and/or received to ensure accurate payments are made and recorded.
- Enhancing the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Updating knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- Maintaining a favorable and collaborative working relationship with co-workers in all departments to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect.
- Driving standards and best practices whenever possible and effectively foster a culture of engagement.
- Enhancing the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Being innovative and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations and services performed.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities This opportunity might be for you if you have:- Strong knowledge and demonstrated proficiency of all Microsoft Office Applications; possess intermediate level keyboard (typing) ability; experience with graphic design helpful.

- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while demonstrating ability to remain flexible in a changing work environment.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as effectively in a team environment.
