Summary
The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing the firm’s administrative operations, ensuring the efficient execution of various tasks, and managing the administrative team. This role involves supporting the accounting and management teams, as well as collaborating closely with partners, clients, and staff to ensure smooth firm operations. The Administrative Manager will focus on coordinating administrative processes, optimizing workflows, and providing high-level support across the organization.
Responsibilities- Oversees daily operations of the administrative team, ensuring accurate and efficient process adherence.
- Trains, directs, and supervises administrative staff to ensure high performance and development.
- Collaborates with department heads, partners, and other teams to enhance cross-department communication and productivity.
- Identifies and implements process improvements that increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinates and manages projects, including tax filings, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Responds to client and firm associate requests with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Addresses and resolves client needs and concerns with professionalism and effective solutions.
- Assists in preparing and managing the administrative budget, monitoring expenses for cost-effectiveness.
- Develops a thorough understanding of the firm’s services to provide comprehensive support.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Administrative experience at a public accounting firm strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Required to sit for long periods.
- Extensive computer, keyboard, and mouse use.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000
The stated salary range reflects compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final offers will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location.
