Position: Admin Support - Short Term (Independence Title - Main Office)
Independence Title in Austin, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Admin Support (short-term position). Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

The Admin Support is responsible for:

* Coordinating internal and external communications, distributing inquiries to appropriate team members

* Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks, helping ensure timely completion of projects and deadlines

* Maintaining office supplies, work/copy room upkeep

* Assisting the Senior Vice President of Business Development's team on other assigned duties and projects, as needed

Qualifications:

* High School diploma, or equivalent, is required

* Microsoft Suite proficient
