Position OverviewAs a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to our financial advisors, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day functions. Responsibilities- Assist with client account management and documentation
- Organize and maintain records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage schedules, emails, and client communications
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Support compliance and regulatory tasks for the firm
- Perform general administrative duties to support business operations
Annual salary range for this part-time role: $28,600 – 31,200.
