Tätigkeiten
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Online-Lernangeboten (Plattform: Zoom)
- Technische Betreuung von Online-Deutschlehreinheiten im Format von 60 bis 90 Minuten
- Virtueller Einlass der Teilnehmer/innen in den Online-Kurs
- Betreuung der Teilnehmer/innen (Stummschaltung der Mikrofone, Betreuung des Chats, Unterstützung bei technischen Fragen)
- Administrative Tätigkeiten (Dokumentation der Arbeitszeit, Fristgerechte Abgabe fallweiser Vereinbarungen)
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Online-Angebote
- Technische Ausstattung (PC, Mikrofon, Kamera) sowie stabile Breitband-Internetverbindung sind Voraussetzung
- Erfahrung mit Webkonferenztools von Vorteil (z.
B. Zoom) - Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse erwünscht
- Eigenständige, verlässliche und aufmerksame Arbeitsweise
- Ein positives, offenes und motiviertes Auftreten sowie Pünktlichkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie einwandfreie Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
