Event Intern

Position: Event Intern - Hybrid Role
Join LOMA Agency as an Event Intern and gain hands-on experience in event marketing. This hybrid role offers a mix of office and remote work while assisting with logistics.

As an Event Intern, you will work closely with the President and the LOMA Agency team on various projects. This full-time internship will train you in client management, meeting coordination, and logistical support. You will employ tools like Microsoft Office and Google Docs to create effective planning documents and gain insight into the workings of an event marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings and plan events alongside the team

• Support client intake and management procedures

• Participate in planning meetings and assist in documentation

• Write and create materials using Google Docs and Microsoft Office

• Help manage onsite logistics and execution of events

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

• Strong interest in the event marketing industry

• Valid Passport for travel within Canada and the US

• College coursework or relevant work experience preferred
