Role Summary

The Administrative Support 1 position provides essential clerical and administrative support across various departments. This includes managing communications, scheduling, file maintenance, mail distribution, and data entry. The role requires adaptability and the ability to work across different functional areas of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate messages, appointments, and caller information
  • Maintain office supplies, files, and mail distribution
  • Research, compile, and proofread documents
  • Operate automated office equipment and manage multiphone systems
  • Perform data entry and document processing
  • Support various administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Typing and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

  • Prior office or data entry experience
  • Ability to meet suitability requirements under the Social Security Administration
