The Junior Administrator supports plan administration services within CSC’s Executive Compensation Services team in Jersey. You will help deliver accurate, timely administration across a portfolio of clients using a plan administration platform and established procedures. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to build a long‑term career in financial services. You will gain exposure to executive compensation arrangements and related trust and corporate structures while working in a collaborative team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support day‑to‑day administration of client portfolios, ensuring high‑quality service and accurate deliverables.
- Process and maintain client and plan participant data on the plan administration platform, ensuring records are complete, current, and auditable.
- Assist with operational tasks across the plan lifecycle, following procedures, controls, and service level expectations.
- Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners to resolve queries and progress actions.
- Maintain well‑organized electronic records and documentation, logging updates promptly and accurately.
- Record time accurately to support correct client invoicing and internal reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client service, and share suggestions with the team.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deadlines, escalating issues and risks appropriately.
- Actively engage in training and development to build knowledge of executive compensation, trusts, companies, and related structures.
- Experience in an administrative, client service, or operations role (financial services experience is helpful but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and controls consistently.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems and platforms.
- Must satisfy Jersey’s 5‑year residency requirement (as applicable to this role).
- Previous exposure to plan administration, equity plans, executive compensation, or fiduciary/corporate administration.
- Willingness to study toward a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICSA/CGI or STEP).
- Experience maintaining high‑quality records within a regulated or process‑driven environment.
- Familiarity with time recording and billing/invoicing support.
