Embark on a career as a Remote Coordinator for Client Experience at Strategic Site Selection, a leader in venue sourcing in Canada. This position focuses on delivering exceptional client interactions throughout the site selection process.
In this full-time role, you'll support the Director of Global Accounts with various essential tasks. You'll manage tasks like generating RFPs, coordinating site visits, and ensuring all client needs are met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively support Director to enhance client satisfaction
• Create and manage organized itineraries for inspections
• Assist in negotiating hotel rates and terms
• Handle CRM data management and updates
• Produce necessary documentation, reports, and presentations
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in meetings & events or hotel role preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
