As a Withdrawals Manager, your focus will be on processing, verifying, and auditing withdrawal requests while utilizing internal administrative tools. This full-time contract role requires an “always-on” mindset, as you will be committing to 8 hours each day, 7 days a week. Your success will hinge on your ability to identify and mitigate fraudulent activity, ensuring the security of every transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee user withdrawal request queues
• Validate balances using admin panel tools
• Identify fraudulent activities in requests
• Monitor blockchain network transactions
• Address customer queries related to withdrawals
