Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day project coordination efforts
• Track budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Prepare action logs and meeting minutes
• Collect project data for status reporting
• Maintain documentation accuracy and version control
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant field
• 3–5 years of related project coordination experience
• Eligible for Government of Canada security clearance
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
