Position: Project Administrator at Trane Technologies
Contribute to sustainability as a Project Administrator with Trane Technologies in our Location Contracting group, balancing onsite and remote work. Oversee project documentation, invoicing, and procurement to ensure success.

This role at Trane Technologies offers the chance to work under moderate supervision, assisting Project Managers. You will play a key part in project administration, including managing the lifecycle of projects, coordinating customer invoicing, and facilitating communication among team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Follow standard work processes using enterprise systems

• Coordinate project transitions from Sales to Operations

• Administer projects to ensure compliance and delivery

• Manage procurement processes and material tracking

• Coordinate accurate monthly customer invoicing

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with financial systems and accounting

• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
