As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless administrative support to financial advisors and their clients. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support account management tasks including account opening, transfers, and other administrative requests; process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Assist in the annual business planning process and marketing activities, such as event planning and execution.
- Deliver personalized service and actively listen for client needs that may indicate additional services.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and execute branch business plans strategically.
- Handle scheduling, meeting materials preparation, correspondence, and marketing support.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and conversational skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools; willingness to learn new technology (Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work independently under the direction of a financial advisor.
- Team collaboration; ability to work both independently and within a large support network.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional).
- Experience in client service or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Understanding of financial services industry or aptitude to learn quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Comprehensive 6‑month training program with mentorship.
