CLBC offers a full-time position focused on contract preparation and administration. In this role, you will process financial documents, provide reception support, and maintain files for individuals and families. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you collaborate with team members to help deliver quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor contracts per agency policy
• Greet and assist families seeking support services
• Maintain status logs and contract databases
• Provide typing and data input for correspondence
• Liaise with service providers for contract compliance
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years in clerical or administrative support
• Strong skills in MS Word and Excel
• Experience in contract processing preferred
• Typing speed of 50 WPM
