We are looking for a Junior Program Coordinator to support our advisory team. In this role, you will help coordinate tasks and track milestones for a major engagement where our partner provides operational support for a logistics network. You will work closely with our partners to keep projects moving forward, ensuring that our advisory work translates into concrete ground reality. This is a full-time, permanent position structured under a hybrid arrangement, combining independent remote work with collaborative, in-person alignment sessions at our local office space.
This format allows you to balance focused execution at home with productive team planning in person.
- Track program timelines, project milestones, and critical action items to ensure administrative objectives stay on schedule.
- Gather and organize operational updates from various counter parties, ensuring the advisory team has an accurate picture of ongoing activities.
- Help prepare clear, factual status reports and decision‑support materials that senior leadership can read quickly and act upon.
- Organize and document project meetings, capturing the core decisions, next steps, and counter party feedback.
- Assist in conducting straightforward research on competitor actions and regulator updates within the territory.
- Maintain the central project database, archiving files systematically so that the team always has the latest information.
- Act as a dependable point of contact for routine scheduling and communication across different project work streams.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, with a natural ability to keep track of multiple moving pieces.
- The ability to write clear, direct prose, explaining project updates simply without resorting to corporate jargon or fluff.
- A commercial mindset and genuine curiosity about how large-scale networks, logistics, and partnerships function in practice.
- Reliable follow-through, ensuring that when an action item is assigned, it is tracked until it is fully resolved.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, which requires excellent self-management when remote and active engagement when in-person.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and collaborative tools, allowing you to update trackers and organize data efficiently.
- A collaborative attitude, feeling comfortable asking questions early and raising flags if a deadline is slipping.
- A paid entry-level position with attractive pay for the market, providing a strong foundation for a career in commercial project management.
- A balanced hybrid routine, offering the flexibility of working from home alongside the mentorship of in-person collaboration.
- Direct exposure to seasoned partners who stay involved in projects from start to finish, offering a unique opportunity to learn from senior professionals.
- A professional environment focused on real-world outcomes, where your coordination work directly supports high-stakes decisions and operational launches.
At Gulf Associates, we prioritize commercial judgment over theoretical models. We work with chief executives, family groups, and sovereign entities on complex investments where state capital often sits inside private deals. We purposefully hold a small book of active engagements to ensure senior bandwidth remains where it matters most. Our culture is straightforward, collaborative, and grounded in ground reality. We do not value long-winded slide decks or administrative complexity: we value clarity, reliable data, and execution.
If you prefer practical problem-solving to corporate theater, this environment is a great fit.
