CVP (Customer Value Partners) is looking for Medical Support Assistants to support the Salt Lake City VA Health Care System. This full-time remote position involves scheduling and coordinating appointments for veterans and maintaining patient records. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will work Monday to Friday, with responsibilities including communication with community providers and maintaining confidentiality.
The role requires a high school diploma and a typing speed of 50 words per minute. Ideal candidates should have no health restrictions that interfere with job duties and prior VA scheduling experience is preferred.
