Virtual Assistant — Phoenix Center is seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. This is a Full-Time, remote position based in United, Pennsylvania, United States. The offered compensation is between $20.00 - $45.00 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities- Manage and organise calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Handle email correspondence, screen incoming messages, and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other professional documents.
- Conduct online research to gather information as requested by the team.
- Perform data entry, maintain databases, and ensure the accuracy of company records.
- Provide excellent customer service support to clients via email and telephone.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital tools.
