Role Description

This is a part-time Administrative Assistant role based in Jeddah with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining records. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and emails, and ensuring professional communication with clients and partners. The role will also involve preparing documents and presentations, assisting with travel arrangements and expense tracking, and coordinating logistics for internal meetings and events.

The Administrative Assistant will collaborate closely with leadership and team members to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Qualifications
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including calendar management, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Professional Communication and Phone Etiquette, with the ability to handle calls, emails, and in-person interactions clearly and courteously.
  • Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting leaders with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic digital tools for collaboration and scheduling.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic language skills are required.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience, ideally in consulting, hospitality, or related sectors, is an advantage.
