About the Role:
The Program Support Specialist serves as a critical operational support role, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of program activities, front desk operations, and facility coordination. This position is often the first point of contact for families, staff, and visitors, providing high-quality customer service while supporting administrative, logistical, and compliance-related tasks.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We directly serve approximately 500 children annually through our school, home-based programs, and community partnership sites. What this Role involves:
* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, families, and staff, providing excellent customer service
* Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, visitor access, and general inquiries
* Support program operations by coordinating supplies, materials, and staff requests
* Maintain inventory and order office and classroom supplies
* Assist with data entry, attendance tracking, and document management
* Coordinate room scheduling, meetings, and events
* Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
* Support facility upkeep and submit maintenance or IT requests as needed
* Assist with safety procedures, including drills and emergency protocols
* Provide general administrative and operational support to program staff
* Provide classroom support by assisting teachers and supporting student learning
What we are looking for:
Education:
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
* 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or program support experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams) and general office systems
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Compensation:
$24.00- $27.00 per hour
