Roofstock is looking for a Maintenance Project Coordinator to manage the turnover maintenance process. In this remote role, you will coordinate repairs with vendors and keep all stakeholders updated.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, previous property management experience, and strong organizational skills. You will ensure timely service and exceptional customer experiences while working collaboratively across departments.
This position offers an annual salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 and strong preference for candidates in the Central Time Zone.
