We are seeking a meticulous Administrative Assistant to enhance daily office functions. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service via phone, and drafting medical correspondence. Familiarity with medical or dental terminology is preferred but not mandatory, and you will have the opportunity to work with a specialist clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Send consultation and specialist reports to providers
• Draft and format medical and dental letters
• Fax documents accurately and timely
• Manage tasks through online clinic systems
• Track AR balances and follow up on payments
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with medical or dental terminology preferred
• Experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to meet deadlines independently
