Position: Bilingual Claims Administrator – Hybrid Role
Become an essential part of our claims team as a Bilingual Claims Administrator, where your unique skills will directly support our members and healthcare providers. This hybrid position emphasizes outstanding customer service and efficient claims processing.

As a Bilingual Claims Administrator, you will engage with plan members and providers to resolve claims inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience. With 2-3 years of administrative experience, you will leverage your problem-solving mindset and organizational skills while working with tools like Magenta. You'll also ensure compliance with PIPEDA and HIPAA and play a crucial role in claims adjudication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to members via phone, email, and written correspondence

• Handle claims inquiries and document all interactions

• Support claims processors and enter claims into the system

• Generate payments and prepare denial notifications

• Maintain organized filing systems for easy reference

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2–3 years of administrative experience

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Excellent communication skills in both languages

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
