Executive Assistant

Position: Executive Assistant Hybrid Role
Join a dynamic team as an Executive Assistant in a hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON. Provide essential administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer and engage with stakeholders effectively.

This 6-month contract position may lead to permanent employment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with advanced communication and project management skills. You’ll serve as the primary contact for matters related to the CSO and handle travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for the Chief Strategy Officer

• Manage the CSO’s calendar and prioritize meetings

• Arrange business travel and prepare itineraries

• Develop high-quality presentations for stakeholders

• Support various departmental projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• 5+ years as an Executive Assistant for C-suite executives

• Strong experience in customer-centric environments

• Ability to obtain Transportation Security Clearance

• Demonstrated project management and advanced presentation skills
