Data Entry & Enrollment ClerkOur partner is seeking a Data Entry & Enrollment Clerk to join our team. This role is primarily focused on data entry and document processing, with some customer interaction by phone or email.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring member enrollment records are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal guidelines. You will also be reaching out to prospective members to gather missing information and provide support.

Pay for this position is $20/hour
Responsibilities:- Accurately input and manage large volumes of data related to member enrollment
- Follow detailed procedures to ensure data quality and compliance
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation or information
- Contact prospective members to collect missing information or clarify details
- Deliver exceptional service and support, even in challenging situations
- 1 year of experience handling high-volume data entry with a strong attention to detail
- Comfort making outbound phone calls to gather or verify information
- Clear, empathetic communication skills, especially when explaining complex topics
- Customer service experience, especially resolving issues with professionalism
- Must have a professional remote working space
