Project Overview
This is a 12 Week project. This is a full‑time Monday – Friday position on a team assigned to one of our large clients based in Minnesota. The role is On‑site with some “work from home” (Fridays).
Role SummaryProcessing clerks perform various activities to support qualified Data Processors to prepare and document data related to 3M’s Trade fees that may be eligible for refund. Self‑motivated people who like numbers and have an eye for detail will thrive in this role.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttention to detail is very important. You will also prepare reports, and file records.
Essential SkillsThe following skills are essential to getting the job done:
- Accounting – work with numbers on a frequent basis
- Communication skills – communicate with vendors, clients, and other staff to resolve billing inaccuracies, so they need excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Math skills – making quick and accurate math calculations is essential for job success
- Customer service – need the ability to interface with customers in a clear and pleasant way
- Data entry – perform data entry using computer software
- Administrative skills – general administrative and clerical work
- Organization skills – must be excellent multitaskers who are able to prioritize and execute many assignments in quick and efficient manner
- Must be available Monday through Friday during regular business hours
- Intermediate to strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) especially Excel
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Professional, positive, can‑do approach
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Must be a self‑starter, team player and have the maturity and flexibility to both follow instructions and work independently
- High school diploma or the equivalent and some accounting/finance college courses
- 2+ year of general office and accounting/finance experience
- History/ experience with Data / Clerical functions
- Strong work ethic
$20-$30/HR
