Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services. This role involves managing client requests, organizing logistics, and ensuring a smooth, end-to-end planning process.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to gather requirements and provide support
- Research and present suitable options for accommodations, transportation, and related services
- Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability
- Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third‑party providers
- Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process
- Maintain awareness of relevant updates, policies, and service offerings
- Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and service delivery
- Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and records in company systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving skills
- Basic proficiency with online tools and scheduling platforms
- Fluency in English is required;
Spanish language skills are a plus
