Currently seeking a responsible individual for our busy corporate mail center to ensure that all incoming documents and media is handled efficiently using our state of the art imaging system. This is an excellent entry level position for someone seeking a career in the insurance industry. The selected candidate will also search computer inquiry screens to obtain claims or policyholder related information, determine disposition of documents, and complete processing.
This position is located in the Sarasota office.
This is a part-time role with flexible hours. Ideal working schedule will be Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 2:00pm.
The salary range for this position is $15.37-$23.67 hourly. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Required
High School or better.
ExperienceRequired
- One year of relevant office experience.
- Basic knowledge insurance document workflows and administrative functions.
- Ability to review and process documents quickly to identify key information.
- Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making.
