Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, responsive, and proactive individual to work alongside a very busy Partner at Prosek to help quarterback their day‑to‑day activities. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast‑paced environment, is a strong collaborator, intellectually curious, and a resourceful problem‑solver. Prior experience working in media or a media‑adjacent field is preferred.

Responsibilities Project Management
  • Support end-to-end production of an established podcast, including guest outreach and coordination, liaison with external producers, timeline management, and development of promotional content to amplify episode reaction
  • Contribute to the ideation, planning, and launch of a new video series, helping to shape content strategy, production workflows, and go‑to‑market execution
  • Quarterback select new business initiatives by coordinating internal and client‑facing communications, scheduling and preparing meetings, and ensuring seamless progress across work streams and stakeholders
  • Support ad hoc projects as they arise
Administrative
  • Manage complex scheduling across internal and external stakeholders, including heavy calendar management and prioritization of competing demands
  • Coordinate business travel logistics (domestic and international), ensuring seamless itineraries and efficient planning
  • Provide administrative support including expense reporting and time entry, maintaining accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain key documents and materials, ensuring accessibility and attention to detail
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams and senior executives, serving as a reliable and professional point of contact

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Previous experience working in media or media‑adjacent field
  • Minimum 3-days in office – mirroring Partner schedule
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
